beano's interesting country facts |
Ecuador: Yes it's true. There is a tiny
candiru catfish which can swim up the human urethra and lodge there by erecting sharp
spines.
Columbia: It's major industries are textiles, coffee, oil, sugar cane,
food processing and of course, narcotics.
Peru: Paddington Bear is from Peru. John also seems to have some strange
'Paddington Bear' nickname.
Brazil: The Amazon. The web site www.amazon.com
is sadly not a web site full of Amazon women warrior babes.
Peru: Remember Scotland 1-3 Peru (1978 World Cup) ? |
