Scotland "The Brave"
|

|
Scotland "The first home on the plane" more
like.
"Come on Archie", the little 11 year old cried, "yes,
and again, great goal !". One more and Dalglish and co. will make the 2nd round.
Oh what a naive fool. Of course I subsequently realised that the greatest tragedy in
Scottish history is not one of the great battle losses, Burns's death, or
the great haggis famine of 1743. But it is when we won the World Cup in
'66.
So this page is for all that mis-spent effort in youth, and (if that was
not enough) for hardly ever picking Hansen (Doh !).

Bonus Rant |
And why do I have to sit through 10 minutes of Scottish
Football every week on Football Focus?
Rangers will lose in the Champion's League first round, then lose in the UEFA Cup first
round, and then trounce all the rest of Scotland 5-0 each week.
So what is there to discuss ?! |
