Date - 10th July 1999.

Theme - "The 10 Commandments".
Moses (a man not to be argued with) commanded attendance at this years event. Of course the real 10 Commandments were ignored for a bunch of far more interesting ones.

Highlights
An excellent turn out of 50+ in glorious sunshine.
There was a games overload of beach volleyball, motor boats, giant Jenga, table football and the 10 Pubs Commandments to perform (see below).

The Pictures
See here.

The Route
The continued development of the seafront area gave us new bars to explore and the chance to spend more time on the beach itself.
Bar Cuba replaced last years drab Escape Bar and Walkabouts on West street was the extra pub added.
The new beach development also resulted in the appearance of a sandy volleyball court which was used with much gusto if not skill.

1. Horatio's 12.00-13:15 Early birds start off with motor boats on the pier.
2. The Honey Club 13:25-14:25 Nice outdoor seating.
3. Bar Cuba 14.30-15.29 Pints on the beach next to the Fortune of War.
4. Fortune of War 15:30-16:30 Pints on the beach continue.
5. Gemini Beach Bar 16:35-17:40 Beach volleyball - excellent.
Aarran rib injury and usual sunburn.
6. Walkabouts 17.45-18.45 Welcome cool contrast to the beach heat. Good drink shots and food.
7. The Windmill 18:55-19:55 No darts shocker, so giant Jenga has to suffice (losers - Dave and Claire).
8. Font & Firkin 20:05-21:10 Busy as usual. Hustled on the bar football.
9. Druid's Head 21:15-22:15 Crowd spill onto the street.
Latymer school song.
10. King and Queen 22:25-Close Caroline leg injury.
Most make it to the beer garden.
